List Your Home With A Discount Realtor On Your Local MLS<\/h2>\n

This headline probably makes you ask yourself 2 questions\u2026\u2026What\u2019s a Discount Realtor? And what\u2019s a local MLS?<\/p>\n

A Discount Realtor is a Realtor (like me) who can offer you a HUGE discount over all the high commission Realtors you are familiar with in your area. I am a licensed Realtor just like any other Realtor out there and I\u2019m also a broker https:\/\/5dragonspokies.com\/<\/a> who runs my own company. Because the law says that all real estate brokers in every state can offer their services to you at a discount, this is what I am doing. I\u2019ve made the decision to slash my prices so that I can obtain more business for myself. And, in the process, you are able to save a TON of money by selecting me as your Realtor. Your classic WIN-WIN transaction.<\/p>\n

As for question 2, what\u2019s a local MLS? It\u2019s a PRIVATE website where Realtors in a particular area pay a monthly fee to share all of their listings with each other. This means that YOUR property will be shown to these other Realtors and, thus, to all of their most SERIOUS buyers. Plus, YOUR property\u2019s information is then downloaded into a national website called Realtor.com – where ANYONE can search these properties (from their home or mobile devices) because they are pulled from local MLSes all across America.<\/p>\n

You probably know that property owners for decades have listed with For Sale By Owner companies in order to avoid paying high commissions to Realtors. However, these For Sale By Owner sites don\u2019t expose you to anywhere NEAR the number of buyers that you can reach with a Discount Realtor on the MLS (studies show that nearly 85% of ALL home sales result from homes being listed on the MLS). For usually LESS than these For Sale By Owner companies charge you, I can advertise you on the MLS and ALSO help you with all contracts and negotiations with your buyer (just like any other Realtor \u2013 but for a FRACTION of what other Realtors will charge you. Also, For Sale By Owner Companies can\u2019t put your home on the MLS and they also can\u2019t help you with your buyer OR with the offer-to-purchase contracts). And if you ONLY want me to place you on the MLS and you do NOT want to take advantage of our discounted price to help you with contracts or negotiations, then we can do this for you as well (please know, however, that our price for helping you with your buyer is usually MUCH less than experienced real estate attorneys will charge you \u2013 click on Your Pricing Options above). So, allow me to summarize\u2026\u2026\u2026You can pay a Realtor (me) LESS than you would pay a For Sale By Owner company AND we\u2019ll give you a much better chance of finding a buyer faster\u2026\u2026.OR, you can pay a high commission to another Realtor in your area to list your property on the same MLS where I will ALSO advertise your property (in the exact same manner that a high commission Realtor will).
